3. Data sharing

TicketKu does not sell your personal data. Basic booking information may be shared with event organizers strictly for entry verification.

4. Security

We use encryption, authentication, and monitoring to protect user information. However, no internet transmission is completely secure.

5. Data retention

We retain booking records for legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes.

Event Ticketing Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you purchase or use tickets through TicketKu.

1. Platform role

TicketKu is an online ticket marketplace and booking platform. We act only as an intermediary between event organizers and attendees. TicketKu is not the event organizer and is not responsible for the actual execution, quality, safety, or cancellation of any event.

2. Ticket purchase

  • All ticket purchases are final unless stated otherwise by the organizer.
  • Users must verify event details before purchasing.
  • TicketKu is not responsible for incorrect purchases made by users.

3. QR code & entry

  • Each ticket contains a unique QR code.
  • The QR code is valid for one entry only.
  • Screenshots or duplicated tickets may be rejected.
  • The first scan is considered the valid entry.

4. Event changes or cancellation

If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled, the organizer is solely responsible for refunds or replacements. TicketKu will assist in communication but is not financially liable.

5. Refund policy

  • No refunds for no-show attendees.
  • No refunds for late arrivals.
  • Refunds (if any) depend on the organizer’s refund policy.
  • Payment processing fees are non-refundable.

6. User responsibilities

  • Users must provide accurate personal information.
  • Users must not resell or misuse tickets unless permitted.
  • Users must comply with venue rules and local laws.

7. Fraud & misuse

TicketKu reserves the right to suspend accounts, cancel tickets, or block access if fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected.

8. Payment processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. TicketKu does not store full credit/debit card details.

9. Limitation of liability

TicketKu shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense resulting from an event, including cancellation, venue issues, or organizer actions.

10. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate user accounts that violate platform policies without prior notice.

11. Acceptance

By creating an account or purchasing a ticket on TicketKu, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
